1. Credit Cards
Funds cannot be refunded to the same payment channels used as there are no reverse methods available.  You must use your balance on orders from SMMActivePanel. In some cases, you may want a refund of your remaining balance in which case you will receive your refund via PayPal within 24 – 72 hrs. There is no way to get a refund for credit card payments.

2. Chargebacks
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit is made, SMMActivePanel reserve the right to terminate your account and all future order and enforce a lifetime ban from our site.
We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to you & your client’s Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.

3. Orders
Orders placed on SMMActivePanel Website cannot not be cancelled or refunded after they are placed. You will only receive a refund credit to your SMMActivePanel account if the order  is non-deliverable.

4. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

5. Fraud
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
SMMActivePanel reserve the right to terminate your account and all future order and enforce a lifetime ban from our site.
We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to you & your client’s Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.

6. Other SMM Panel Services
Please do not use other SMM Panels Services at the same time for the same page as this will create conflicts and make it difficult to tally-up and report accurately the number of followers/likes we delivered.

If this happens we will not refund your order amounts.
